Project Deliverables and File Retention Policy
What your deliverables include, how they are handed over, and our standards for retaining working files and handling re-delivery requests.
Here is what you receive when a project wraps, in what form, and how working files are managed.
What Deliverables Include
Video
- 4K master and web-ready 1080p
- 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4:5 resizes
- Poster frame and subtitle file (SRT)
- Editing masters and project files
Design
- Original working files and font information
- Print-ready and web-ready files
Web and Development
- Source code
- Domain and hosting accounts (in the client's name)
How We Deliver
Depending on size and security requirements, we deliver via cloud link or physical media. Delivery links expire, so please download and store the files in your own storage after receiving them.
Retention of Working Files
We retain raw footage and working files for a period in case of rework or revision requests, but retention is temporary and permanent storage is not guaranteed. Retention periods vary with the nature and size of the project and follow the terms set in the contract.
Responsibility for archiving final deliverables rests with the client. If a project needs long-term storage, please discuss it separately at the contract stage.
Re-Delivery Requests
If files are lost or you need them again, contact our customer center. We will verify what we hold and re-deliver it. Including the project name and timeframe speeds things up.
Third-Party Licensed Items
Fonts, music and stock assets may be restricted from redistribution under their license terms. In such cases we provide a list of the assets used and their license information in place of the files.
