Here is how rights work for the images and videos on the SIXONE website, and for the work we deliver to clients.

Materials on This Site

The images and videos in our portfolio and service pages are the copyrighted works of SIXONE or the respective clients and production participants. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution or derivative use is prohibited.

If you need to use them for citation or editorial purposes, please contact our customer center in advance. We will confirm the scope of use and reply.

Copyright in Deliverables

• After delivery, economic rights in the work are assigned to the client as a rule, with the exact scope specified in the contract.
• We also hand over editing masters, project files and source code — so you can continue the work elsewhere later.
• Items under third-party licenses — fonts, music, stock images — remain governed by those terms. Items limited by usage period or medium are flagged at delivery.

Portfolio Publication

When we feature a completed project in our portfolio, we confirm permission at the contract stage. If you prefer confidentiality, or want a published case taken down, just ask — we will review, act and reply with the result.

Likeness and Trademarks

Rights of publicity for people appearing in videos and images, and third-party trademarks visible on screen, belong to their respective owners. Reusing footage beyond the contracted scope requires separate discussion.

The contract is the authority on rights. If this notice and your contract differ, the contract prevails.
