Notice of Privacy Policy Revision

We have revised our privacy policy in step with the website renewal. The revised policy takes effect August 20, 2026.

Why We Revised It

We restructured the collected items and purposes of use to match how the new website actually works. The scope of information collected has not expanded — the policy was refined to state precisely, and only, what we actually collect.

Key Points

• Collected items — Through the project inquiry form we collect required fields (contact name, inquiry details) and optional fields (company name, phone, email). We do not collect personal information through any channel other than the inquiry form (no member registration, etc.).
• Referral data — For service improvement, the referring page path and UTM parameters may be stored together. This information alone cannot identify an individual.
• Visit statistics — Collected in-house; no personally identifying information is stored.
• Retention period — Data is destroyed without delay once its purpose is fulfilled, and likewise without delay upon a data subject's deletion request.
• Data subject rights — You may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of processing.
