Software built around how you actually work.
Instead of bending your workflow to fit off-the-shelf software, we build tools that run the way you already work. Even if this is your first time outsourcing software development, one team carries it from requirements through post-launch maintenance.
What we build.
Most often: taking work held together by spreadsheets and chat and putting it into one management system.
Business management systems · ERP
Everyday internal systems: inventory management, purchasing, settlement
Booking · ordering
Customers apply directly and your staff process the flow
Data dashboards
Scattered numbers on one screen, ready to pull and use
API integrations
Payments, shipping, Channel Talk, spreadsheets, and other external services connected
Task automation
The copying, sorting, and sending done by hand every time, run by the software instead
Internal web apps
Mobile-ready tools that run in the browser, no install
How it runs.
Built in stages you can try along the way. Nothing appears for the first time when it is finished.
- 01
Requirements
We start by pulling apart how you work today.
- 02
Architecture · screens
Data structure and screen list written up and locked in a design document.
- 03
Development
Built feature by feature — you try it as it grows.
- 04
Testing
Run on real data, with edge cases worked through.
- 05
Deploy · operate
After launch we keep handling fixes and incidents.
How we build.
Everything is built on the assumption it can be handed over.
- Screens
- Responsive web for desktop and mobile — nothing to install
- Data
- Normalized in a relational database, exportable any time
- Permissions
- Role-based access control with change history
- Deployment
- Cloud deployment with automated backups and monitoring
- Handover
- Source, docs, and accounts organized and handed over
What people ask before commissioning.
Two questions that come up often in software development consultations, answered up front.
- Is an admin console included?
- An admin console is included as standard. Software only gets used when your staff can add, edit, and check statistics themselves, without calling a developer.
- Can you take over a stalled project?
- We can take over software that another development vendor started and left unfinished. We review the remaining code first and tell you whether continuing or rebuilding is the better path. We do not push a rebuild by default.
For a new service, we launch small first.
If you are building a new service or platform for customers rather than an internal tool, we first work out the revenue model and service flow, then develop a first version (MVP) with only the core features. The remaining features are added based on how real users respond. We have taken on services like this before: CU mobile coupons in 2017 (planning · development · PM) and the SBS Running Mall platform in 2021 (planning · design · production PM).
No spec document? You can still get a quote.
Just show us how you work today. No screen lists or feature specs needed — the spreadsheet or form you already use is enough to start. After we sort it out together in the consultation, you get the screen list and data structure as a document first, and the quote is based on that document. Development cost depends on factors such as the number of screens, user permissions, external integrations, and data migration. That is why the price comes after we know what we are building.
What comes after launch lasts longer.
A set period after launch is covered by free warranty fixes. After that, monthly maintenance carries on, and new features are quoted per item. Urgent incidents get fixed first and settled after. Servers and domains are opened in your company’s name by default, and if upkeep is a burden we run them monthly. When you leave, the source code, database schema, deployment docs, and accounts are organized and handed over, ready for development to continue elsewhere. We hide nothing to keep you.
