2,000 pharmacies, 300 convenience stores. Vietnam’s local retail network.
In Vietnam, where prescribing and dispensing are not yet separated, pharmacies double as drugstores. Cosmetics and health supplements go through the LONG CHAU pharmacy chain, K-food through GS25 Vietnam convenience stores — we design the entry route to fit the category.

We start with what is actually possible.
Not every product gets in. Whether this is your first export to Vietnam or Southeast Asia or you already have overseas experience, we check the product category and local licensing requirements first, shortlist only the channels that can work, and tell you plainly when one cannot. Both direct purchasing and exclusive distributor contracts are available. Contracts and settlement run through our local offices in China, Vietnam, and Hong Kong, and after entry, promotion and channel management continue locally.
Beyond in-store listings, we also handle local online-mall listings, buyer negotiations, and running pop-up stores in department stores and malls.
What to check before you get in touch.
Two questions that come up often when choosing an overseas distribution agency, answered up front.
- How are overseas distribution costs set?
- Listing costs negotiated with the retailer, such as barcode and shelving fees, are set channel by channel in step 3 (Benchmarking · costs). SIXONE’s own fee comes as a written quote once we confirm the number of products, the target countries, and whether the contract is direct purchasing or exclusive distribution.
- What documents are needed for overseas distribution?
- For cosmetics, health supplements, and food and beverages, we first check the certification and registration documents each product needs. Preparing the documents usually takes 7–10 days for food and beverages. If a product will be hard to register locally, we tell you before we proceed.
