We run your brand, from strategy to operations.
From deciding who you sell to, what you sell, and how you say it, to running products, sales channels, and advertising month after month — one team takes it on. Instead of hiring and building a team, you gain an operating partner who grows the brand with you.
Commissioning production is not the same as handing over operations.
Commission one video or one product page at a time and you keep the deliverables. But no one is holding on to where the brand is heading, so you re-explain the direction every time. Incubating means we take on the brand’s strategy and operations together. We first set the target, positioning, and core message, then plan and execute product lineups, sales channels, advertising, and content against them every month. At the end of each month we check the numbers and revise the next month’s plan. The brand and its trademarks stay yours — only the operations move. You skip the time spent hiring and training a manager and start with the direction already set.
What we take on to run your brand.
Hand over everything from strategy to sales, or only the parts your team does not cover.
Brand strategy
We study the market and competing brands to set your target customers, positioning, and core message. The launch roadmap and each month’s operating plan come from here.
Brand development
We refine the concept, story, and tone of voice, along with brand language such as names and slogans, and the direction of the product lineup and packaging.
Product · MD
We build product lineups and promotions, and keep production schedules, samples, and packaging on track with the manufacturer.
Sales channels
We pitch listings to online marketplaces and retailers and prepare the paperwork and product information. After listing, we carry on through promotion talks and running your own online store.
Ads · channel operations
We pick the media, spend the ad budget, and run the brand’s social accounts — keeping an eye on comments, messages, and other customer responses too.
Content · brand materials
Product pages, banners, social content, brand decks, and listing proposals. Filming and video are one of the tools we add when they are needed.
The team that sets the strategy carries it through.
When the people who set the direction are not the ones who execute, the intent shifts along the way. Whatever execution the plan needs, we add in-house.
- Design · product pages
- In-house designers make product pages, banners, and brand decks. The message set in the strategy carries straight through to the sales page.
- Web · own store · development
- Your own store, landing pages, even internal tools when needed — built in-house. No syncing schedules with an outside production shop.
- Filming · live commerce
- In months that call for product shoots, video, or live shows, our in-house studio and broadcast team step in. We stream to 18 platforms including Naver, Kakao, and Coupang.
- Overseas offices
- When you expand into overseas sales, we carry it on locally with our Guangzhou, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hong Kong offices.
How it starts.
The first two months go to building the strategy and sales groundwork, with readiness reported along the way. Contracts start at three months — that is also about when the numbers start to show.
- 01
Diagnosis
We review the market, competing brands, and your current sales data to map where the brand stands and what is missing.
- 02
Strategy · scope
We set the target, positioning, core message, and launch roadmap, and put in writing what we take on and who decides what.
- 03
Sales groundwork
Product information, product pages, sales channels, and accounts in place — and the first month’s operating plan in motion.
- 04
Monthly operations · reporting
We plan and execute month by month, report in numbers at the close, and revise the next month’s plan.
How we work.
Six things worth knowing before you hand over the keys.
- Dedicated manager
- Every brand gets its own manager, and that person stays on the account. One manager almost never juggles several brands. You will not meet a new face every time.
- Monthly plan · report
- Before each month begins you receive that month’s operating plan; when it ends, a summary of what we did and how the numbers moved — along with what we will change next month.
- The assets are yours
- Accounts, content masters, and customer data belong to the brand. When the contract ends, they are handed over as-is.
- Scaling down midway
- You can narrow the scope or keep only parts of it. Contracts do start at three months, but this is not a structure that locks you in to the end.
- Unlike a marketing agency
- A marketing agency handles ads and channels. With incubating, the same team carries on from the brand strategy and product lineup that come before them to the listings and sales management that come after.
- Brands not yet launched
- If the product is ready, we come on board before launch — positioning, brand materials, sales-channel listings, and the first ads, all timed to the launch schedule.
Sometimes it is not the right fit.
If you do not yet have a product or service to sell, consulting fits better than incubating. If you already have an operations team and only need to fill gaps, commissioning just those services costs less. Pricing is a monthly operations fee plus ad spend and commissions, and it varies with scope. Production such as filming or live shows is charged separately, only in the months it is needed. We define the scope in the consultation, then send a quote — and tell you at that point which route is better.

What clients say when the work is done.

A neglected channel that now runs steadily
We'd set up the channels and then never touched them, but since handing them over, they've been running consistently. We get everything in a state we can send out to all our stores nationwide at once. Since the person in charge doesn't change, there's no need to explain things from scratch every time.

Outsourcing beat hiring a new staffer
We thought about hiring someone, then decided to outsource, and that turned out to be the smarter choice. They keep the exhibition mood intact and add only the information that's needed. The accounts and original files stay in our name, which is reassuring.

Each month, a report of the work and the numbers
Every month we receive a summary of what was done and how the figures moved. Sentences that might breach regulations are corrected before the review stage, and the scope can be reduced or expanded flexibly as circumstances change.
