5HOW WE WORK

How we work.

The questions that come up most when commissioning an AI model — quotes, what to prepare, and rights — answered up front.

Cost · quote
Pricing depends on the number of models, outfits, and shots per outfit. When you add shots on the same model, we use the model we keep on file instead of building it again from scratch.
Photos to prepare
You do not need photos of a model wearing the item. Shots of the garment or accessory from the front, side, and back, plus one photo that shows the true color, are enough to start. Phone photos against a white wall are fine.
Model lock
We keep the confirmed face and body as a seed, so shots added months later come back as the same model.
Setup files
The files that generate the model are not handed over. Delivery is the output files listed above.
Talent contracts
No real person means no likeness-rights terms or renewals to manage.
Live models
When live action is the better call, we shoot it. As a registered pop-culture arts planning business, we handle casting and appearance contracts directly.
Revisions
2–3 rounds at draft stage and 2 at final, written into the contract as standard.
Copyright
Ownership of the work depends on the contract type. What transfers is spelled out in the contract.
Confidentiality
Unreleased product materials are received only after an NDA is signed.

Sometimes an AI model is the wrong tool.

Shots where the real thing must be seen as it is — fabric texture, how a garment feels on the body — are better filmed. In the consultation we go through the shot list, weigh it against a model shoot, and tell you up front which fits better and which gives better value for the cost. Keeping the hero shots live-action and generating only the extension shots works too.
