Our service finally has a one-line explanation
We have so many products it was hard to organize, and the categories and order got redone. Saying what our service is in one line was always a struggle, and they wrote that line for us. The response at the trade show was good.
- Jang** · M*** Co.Education service · Catalog & leaflet
Printing done in time for a tight trade-show date
There was little time left before the exhibition, yet everything up to printing was finished by the date. Parents and students wanted to know different things, so the content was organized separately for each, and it has become the material our sales team uses most.
- Jang** · E*** Co.Manufacturing company · Catalog & leaflet
Text-heavy material moved to a readable layout
With so much text, the material was hard to read, and they began by redoing the format. The sentences were also revised so the advantages are clear without difficult terminology. We ran out of everything printed and ordered a second run.
- Jang** · P*** Co.IT startup · Catalog & leaflet
Our materials sorted into keep and discard
Work began with a review of the existing materials we had brought along. Our service is often said to be hard to explain, and the wording was changed into simple expressions. We plan to ask them for the next edition as well.
- Jang** · O*** Co.Education service · Catalog & leaflet
Pre-print checks, pointed out for us
The person you need to convince and the person actually learning aren't the same, and the content was built with that split in mind. We used the materials on site straight away.
- Jang** · B*** Co.Manufacturing company · Catalog & leaflet
Urgent stuff and later stuff, sorted
They wrote it so the benefits come across even with the jargon taken out. There's a lot of information, but it reads easily.
- Jang** · M*** Co.IT startup · Catalog & leaflet
Print files and sharing files, kept separate
They swapped the in-house terms we'd been using for words outsiders actually get. And no printing mishaps, either.
- Jang** · E*** Co.Education service · Catalog & leaflet
Changes from the field were reflected right away
Separate pieces were made for the parent information session and for student recruitment. Delivery also arrived on the agreed date.

Lots of information, arranged in a readable order
Sentences that could run afoul of regulations were cleaned up before going to review. The rise in conversion rate was confirmed in the numbers.
- Ahn** · D*** Co.Franchise headquarters · Product detail page
Mobile view checked first, every step
They even organized the folders so each franchise could easily pull what it needed. Return inquiries have gone down.
- Ahn** · I*** Co.Arts & culture institution · Product detail page
Explanations placed where customers hesitate
They identified where viewers hesitate and put an explanation in exactly that spot. The design draws the eye without breaking the atmosphere of the event. We have made our other products in the same format.
- Ahn** · W*** Co.Food manufacturer · Product detail page
Few product photos, still put to good use
We had only a handful of photos, and as much as possible was made of them. They know which expressions call for caution in food, so nothing needed revising, and we received the files so we can make edits ourselves.
- Ahn** · A*** Co.Franchise headquarters · Product detail page
The real buyer was defined before the layout
Specifications were standardized so that no store would have to remake anything. The reading order was also organized cleanly.
- Ahn** · T*** Co.Arts & culture institution · Product detail page
Got it in every channel's size
The event kept its dignity and still catches the eye. There was a lot to fit in, but the page doesn't look cluttered.
- Ahn** · D*** Co.Food manufacturer · Product detail page
Specs once dumped in tables, now readable text
Right from the start they separated what we could say from what we couldn't. It actually led to sales, too.
- Ahn** · I*** Co.Franchise headquarters · Product detail page
Content reviewed from the end user's perspective
Files came divided into folders, ready for every franchisee to open and use on the spot. Our own review process now takes less time as well.

Our logo finally has rules
We'd been using the logo in all sorts of places and it looked a bit different every time, so they created usage rules. We needed everyday scenes, so we also worked out together what situations to shoot. Even if we hire someone else later, I think the tone will stay consistent.
- Jung** · R*** Co.Healthcare company · Logo & social media design
One template fixed our inconsistent post tone
Every post on our social media had its own tone, so they made templates to pull it all together. Before anything went up, they checked it against review standards. We got the source files in organized shape as well.
- Jung** · B*** Co.Online retailer · Logo & social media design
Proportions reworked so it reads even small
We have so many product types that we couldn't face the job, and they cracked it by setting criteria first. Our staff use those criteria now when they make things themselves.
- Jung** · K*** Co.Home & living brand · Logo & social media design
Three drafts in three different directions
Instead of similar-looking drafts, we got three that went different ways, which made comparing easy. They also suggested staging with the product's actual spot in mind. After that, we asked them for business cards and envelopes as well.
- Jung** · N*** Co.Healthcare company · Logo & social media design
A single slogan line, polished many times
At the beginning we decided together how far the wording could go. It reads well even at a small size.
- Jung** · M*** Co.Online retailer · Logo & social media design
No long explanations to the designer needed
We had so many items that we kept putting off organizing them, and it got solved by setting criteria first. Our social media tone is in order now too.
- Jung** · R*** Co.Home & living brand · Logo & social media design
We polished what we already had
Product-only shots look flat, so they caught the moments when it's used in daily life. We got usage rules along with everything.
- Jung** · B*** Co.Healthcare company · Logo & social media design
Rules set down to margins and letter spacing
A list of expressions to be careful with made the review process much easier. The reaction inside the company was also good.

Paper and finish samples checked before printing
I was worried the real thing would look different from the screen, so they showed us paper and finishing samples first. It overlapped with prep for next season, and they even moved the schedule up. People have told us it stands out on the shelf.
- Seo** · G*** Co.Pet brand · Brand packaging
A packed package that's now easy to read
There was a lot of information to fit on the package, and they worked out what should be read first. The content follows the order in which a pet owner would have questions. When we reprint, we can just use the same files.
- Seo** · H*** Co.Public institution · Brand packaging
From finding a printer to press supervision
From contract to settlement, the paperwork needed at each stage was prepared meticulously. We have entrusted them with another product line as well.
- Seo** · R*** Co.Fashion e-commerce · Brand packaging
What faces front on the shelf was decided first
Thinking about how it would sit on display in stores, they decided what goes on the front panel. The schedule was tight, but not a single day was late, and the packaging unit cost was reviewed with us as well.
- Seo** · S*** Co.Pet brand · Brand packaging
Our whole product line now looks like one brand
With a matching tone standard on every package, the whole line looks like a set. They put what pet owners want to hear ahead of what we wanted to say. When it arrived, the real thing looked just like it did on screen.
- Seo** · S*** Co.Public institution · Brand packaging
Separate print and web files made life easier
The deliverables were organized to match our institution's prescribed formats, and we were able to leave the printing to them as well.
- Seo** · G*** Co.Fashion e-commerce · Brand packaging
Finishing alternatives that fit the budget
The schedule was rushed, but it never slipped from the promised date. Getting to check the finishing samples beforehand put my mind at ease.
- Seo** · H*** Co.Pet brand · Brand packaging
Label information brought into line with regulations
Questions pet owners frequently ask were worked directly into the copy. Delivery was completed within the schedule.

New standards for brand elements that had drifted
Elements that had gradually diverged over years of use were gathered up and given fresh standards. The impression our venue gives was preserved as well. With a guide now in place, everything stays consistent even when the person in charge changes.
- Kim** · P*** Co.Local small business · Brand identity refresh
They picked what to keep instead of changing it all
Instead of saying we should tear it all down, they looked at what to keep and what to fix. I thought we'd be turned away with our small budget, but they worked within it. When we hire other companies now, we still use the documents we got back then.
- Kim** · R*** Co.Beauty brand · Brand identity refresh
First they pinpointed what's wrong with our brand
Texture really matters for what we sell, and that didn't get overlooked. This also gave us the chance to finally clean up our old materials.
- Kim** · Y*** Co.Tourism service · Brand identity refresh
Just proportion and color, and a new impression
They showed us firsthand how much the impression changes just by refining proportion and color. Even the lively atmosphere of the place was captured. Our report to the CEO also went through without difficulty.
- Kim** · O*** Co.Local small business · Brand identity refresh
Files each department kept separately, now in one place
They suggested up front that we start by leaving out items that would strain our budget. Now we, too, have something we can call a standard.
- Kim** · J*** Co.Beauty brand · Brand identity refresh
A rule for deciding when opinions split
Color payoff is important for our products, and they were especially careful with it. We didn't need to remake everything, either.
- Kim** · P*** Co.Tourism service · Brand identity refresh
Everyone's different opinions, now heading one way
The impression that's unique to this place is kept fully alive. Persuading people internally got easier, too.
- Kim** · R*** Co.Local small business · Brand identity refresh
Even the smallest elements were made consistent
Our budget was small enough that we expected a refusal; instead, the work was scaled to fit it. Satisfaction is high among the staff who handle the day-to-day work.

Web and print finally share one tone
We'd been giving web and in-store print to different vendors, so the tones never matched, and this time it all got sorted at once. Right at the start, they pointed out that the wording needs to change depending on who you're talking to. Now it looks like the same brand wherever we use it.
- Jang** · B*** Co.Manufacturing company · Online & offline design
One rulebook for a logo that kept changing looks
It was the same logo, but it looked different wherever we used it. They sorted that out with rules. Details you'd only find on a spec sheet are now in sentences anyone can follow. Our store staff find it easier to use now, too.
- Jang** · M*** Co.IT startup · Online & offline design
Online and on-site materials, sorted separately
Long-winded explanations got cut down to short sentences. Even if we add more media later, we just follow the rules.
- Jang** · E*** Co.Education service · Online & offline design
They asked about specs early, so nothing needed redoing
What parents want to know and what students want to know got sorted apart and each handled on its own. The hassle of commissioning things separately from different places is gone as well.
- Jang** · P*** Co.Manufacturing company · Online & offline design
Check items set for every stage
Explanations that only people with technical knowledge could follow were rewritten for anyone to read. Our online and offline materials now share the same tone.
- Jang** · O*** Co.IT startup · Online & offline design
Store or web first? That call was made for us
Explanations full of internal jargon were converted to suit our customers. Everything was organized in one place.
- Jang** · B*** Co.Education service · Online & offline design
Workable alternatives offered within budget
From the outset, they stressed that each audience must be spoken to differently. What people see in our stores and what they see online now connect naturally.
- Jang** · M*** Co.Manufacturing company · Online & offline design
Reviewed from the practitioner's point of view
How the product works was explained through analogies, which made it much easier to describe. The back-and-forth at the review stage decreased too.

Lost at the start, until the steps were laid out
As a brand just starting out, we did not even know where to begin, and the steps were put in order for us. The team knows the rules for medical expressions well, so work never had to be sent back. All launch preparation was completed in one place.
- Jung** · M*** Co.Online retailer · Launch package
Logo through video, all from one place
We did not have to look for separate vendors for the logo, packaging, detail page, and video. A set framework was also built so we would not have to rethink everything whenever new products are added. We intend to run our next brand the same way.
- Jung** · R*** Co.Home & living brand · Launch package
Within budget, what to do now and what can wait
We needed shots of everyday use, so the shooting scenarios were decided together. Startup costs were also kept within the range we had anticipated.
- Jung** · B*** Co.Healthcare company · Launch package
A table showing when each piece would arrive
We received a table showing which work would be delivered when, mapped to the launch date. We were also told, with reasons, which expressions are acceptable and which are not. With fewer things to keep track of, we could concentrate on our core business.
- Jung** · K*** Co.Online retailer · Launch package
They kept polishing our brand intro to the very end
Since we've decided what goes where, things don't fall apart as products are added. We got everything we needed to get started.
- Jung** · N*** Co.Home & living brand · Launch package
They got what it's like to be launching a business
You need to see it in use to understand the product, and those scenes were shot really well. We didn't have to go looking anywhere else.
- Jung** · M*** Co.Healthcare company · Launch package
Launch prep went from complicated to simple
Having the risky phrases written down as a list made checking everything a breeze. It was our first time doing this, and it still wasn't hard.
- Jung** · R*** Co.Online retailer · Launch package
Files arranged with post-delivery use in mind
We have a fairly large number of products, and now that there are organizing criteria, they are manageable. The schedule, too, was settled in a single pass.
