Holiday Closure Notice: Seollal, Chuseok and Year-End

Here is how we operate during national holidays and the year-end season.

Standard Hours

• Customer center — weekdays 09:00 – 18:00
• Closed — Saturdays, Sundays and national public holidays

Holidays and Year-End

We close for the Seollal and Chuseok holidays and the year-end season according to official public holidays. Because dates change each year, the specific closure schedule for each holiday is announced separately in our notices.

If an ongoing project overlaps a holiday, your assigned PD will adjust and confirm the schedule in advance. Date-fixed items such as shoots and broadcasts are locked in before the holiday.

Inquiries received during a closure are answered in order on the first business day after the holiday. Replies may take a little longer than our usual standard (within 24 business hours) — thank you for your understanding.
