SIXONE is joining forces with Habitat for Humanity Korea, the international housing nonprofit, in a collaboration supporting housing-vulnerable communities — extending housing improvement work into broadcast content through the ENA series 'Switch My Home.'
'Switch My Home' visits households living with real housing problems and repairs their homes: a dormitory for children from an orphanage, the aging house of an independence patriot's descendant, a vacant house tied to the youth housing crisis, and a single-person household living with disability. Every process is carried out as real construction, not television staging.
The two organizations divide the work.
- Habitat for Humanity Korea — selecting recipients, assessing living conditions, process consulting
- SIXONE — content planning and production, on-site directing, storytelling
Rather than ending with one-off sponsorship or volunteering, the goal is to leave behind homes people can keep living in after the broadcast ends. The program airs every Tuesday.
For SIXONE, it is an application of its content planning and production capabilities to the front lines of housing welfare.
