Frequently asked questions

Q. How quickly will I get a quote?
You receive a first reply within 24 business hours, and a detailed quote with a schedule within 2–3 days after we agree on scope. For urgent projects, call +82 1600-6107 or email sixonebiz@gmail.com.
Q. What does the contract and project process look like?
Inquiry → consultation and scope agreement → quote and schedule → contract → kickoff. The contract lists deliverables, dates, revision scope, and payment terms in writing — nothing is left to verbal agreement.
Q. How are payments and invoicing handled?
SIXONE Co., Ltd. is a registered corporation (business no. 328-87-02741) and issues proper tax invoices. Fees are typically split into a deposit and a balance, or staged payments for larger projects. All terms are fixed in the contract, and we never bill beyond what was agreed.
Q. Who owns the copyright and source files?
By default, economic rights in the deliverables transfer to the client on delivery, with the exact scope written into the contract. You also receive editing masters, project files, and source code, so you can continue the work anywhere. Third-party licenses for fonts, music, and stock follow their own terms — we document exactly what was used.
Q. Can you work with clients outside Korea?
Yes. We have worked with international clients since our founding in 2013, and our partner agencies in Guangzhou, Ho Chi Minh City, and Hong Kong handle local contracts, settlement, shooting, and distribution. Travel costs, where they apply, are itemized in the quote in advance.
Q. How do you handle language and time zone differences?
Our team works from Seoul, weekdays 10:00–18:00 KST (UTC+9). Email is the most reliable channel for international communication — inquiries received outside business hours are answered the next business day. Meetings can be held by video call and scheduled around your time zone.
Q. Can you produce multilingual versions of content?
Yes. We handle subtitles and dubbing, and go further where it matters — replacing cuts to fit local sensibilities. Localized versions for China, Vietnam, and Hong Kong are reviewed by native speakers at our local partner agencies before delivery.
Q. What formats are deliverables provided in?
Video ships in 16:9, 9:16, 1:1, and 4:5 as standard, with 4K masters, 1080p web files, poster frames, and SRT subtitle files. Design work ships as editable masters plus print-ready and web-ready files. Everything is organized to be usable on your channels immediately.
Q. How is confidential material protected?
For unreleased products or internal data, we sign an NDA before receiving anything. Materials are accessible only to the assigned team and are destroyed after the agreed period.
Q. What happens if the result does not meet the agreement?
If a deliverable differs from what the contract specifies, we redo it at no extra cost — which is why deliverables, dates, and formats are fixed in writing before kickoff. Contracts typically include 2–3 revision rounds at the draft stage and 2 at the final stage, with the boundary between rework and new requests agreed upfront.
