SIXONE presents 'Switch My Home,' a new ENA series — a human renovation show that repairs the homes of neighbors in need and follows the changes that come after. It is SIXONE's first project-style production in the original content space.
Every featured home begins with a real story.
- A dormitory where children from an orphanage live
- An aging house that is home to a descendant of an independence patriot
- A vacant house tied to the youth housing crisis
- The home of a poet who overcame disability
The focus is on actual construction and lasting change rather than made-for-TV staging. A social contribution structure was designed into the show from the planning stage so that homes and daily life continue long after filming wraps. SIXONE's production team describes the program as "a record of redesigning someone's life."
Switch My Home airs Tuesdays at 11:20 on ENA. It is a statement of the kind of content SIXONE intends to make.
